大樹下善待動物庇護站（以下簡稱大樹下）是香港的一家慈善機構。 該中心位於偏遠的鄉郊地區， 周圍是山嶺和樹木。 它面對著很高的山火風險， 尤其是每年四月和十月。 大樹下使用5G 和 RoboticsCats 的 AI-Cloud SaaS 雲端服務來偵測山火， 及早採取行動， 降低山火的風險和破壞。​​ 圖1: RoboticsCats AI-Cloud是偵測山火的雲端服務 大樹下在 20多年前成立，於 2012年正式成為政府認可的慈善團體。其使命是保護被遺棄的動物，為它們提供庇護所和照料，並倡導動物權利。庇護站現時收留了一百多隻小貓小狗。該中心位於香港新界錦田，四周範圍是香港山火最高危地區之一。 2020年10月25日（星期日）傍晚，一天前點燃的山火蔓延開來，山火距離大樹下僅數十公尺！大樹下有被燒成灰燼的威脅！大樹下在線上呼籲市民幫忙撤離庇護站內的動物，一呼百應，將近300名志願者趕到大樹下，幫助疏散大樹下內的動物！很幸運，除了小部分動物由於濃煙而導致失禁和嘔吐，所有動物都安全地疏散。 圖2: 2020年10月25日傍晚的，山火蔓延到大樹下數十公尺之處，險象環生！ 如電影鄧寇克大行動的場面，300多名市民忙而不亂地幫助疏散大樹下內的180多隻動物，照片來源: 星島日報 大樹下不能依靠運氣來應對將來類似的危機。經朋友介紹下，大樹下和我們討論如何使用科技降低山火風險， 我們建議RoboticsCats AI-Cloud雲端服務，幫助他們及早發現附近的山火。AI-Cloud是雲端軟件服務，使用簡易，大樹下不需要額外的人力去操作這個新系統。 圖3: 大樹下後山的灌木叢和草地大部分被去年10月的山火燒焦 我們在庇護所部署了兩台AXIS攝像機，攝像機以4K和HD視頻，把大樹下四周和後山雞公嶺的影像發送到AI-Cloud，系統會檢測視頻圖像中的山火煙霧痕跡。如果AI-Cloud偵測到山火，系統即時向大樹下的義工發送警報和圖像到他們智能電話上的ReportFires移動應用程式。萬一庇護站附近發生山火時，義工們可以及時採取行動來拯救動物！ 圖4: AI-Cloud雲端的服務的架構圖 這個項目，感謝OFCA和我們合作夥伴的支持，終於能成功實現。大樹下主要依靠捐款為其運營提供資金。他們的預算有限，庇護所的人員大多是志願者。他們無法負擔專門的IT員工，也無法負擔先進的科技產品。大樹下的附近都是農地農場，缺乏通訊設施，一般的寬頻上網服務也沒有！他們必須使用5G / 4G無線網絡，將攝像機連接到AI-Cloud。5G設備、服務，和攝像機等等對他們來說費用太高了。系統非常創新且實用，但是大樹下沒有足夠財務預算，去採用這個系統來保護庇護站，免受山火的破壞。非常幸運，剛好去年香港政府通訊管理局（OFCA）推出了鼓勵及早使用5G技術資助計劃。大樹下在11月提交5G網路和AI-Cloud山火偵測雲端服務項目的申請書，在聖誕節前夕接到通知，申請獲得審批！通訊管理局會提供資助，將項目計劃書轉化為實際行動！ 圖5: 訊事務管理局辦公室（通訊辦）透過第二輪「防疫抗疫基金」於2020年5月5日推出鼓勵及早使用5G技術資助計劃，參考 : 通訊管理局 謝謝OFCA的幫助，也感謝我們的合作夥伴AXIS Communications，Netgear，數碼通，和Armada International 的支持 ，以優惠價格提供設備和5G服務，讓大樹下能落實計畫。這是一個快樂的項目，安裝網路和攝影機當天，我們感到大樹下的小貓小狗們都很友善和愉快地陪伴我們工作！ 圖6: 平安實業團隊協助大樹下安裝網路和設備 你也想幫忙大樹下嗎？如果您想捐款支持他們，請透過網站或臉書專頁聯繫大樹下。 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SPPr3L51sBA  「我要向山舉目；我的幫助從何而來？我的幫助從造天地的耶和華而來。」詩篇121章1-2節
