It is an uneasy and inspiring summer. We start a new journey. Road less travelled.
It is my honor to write the first blogpost on www.RoboticsCats.com. I would like to take this opportunity to share with you who we are, where we come from and where we are heading.
Wildfire detection is a serious endeavor. To better serve our customers, support our partners and grow our businesses, a new company with laser-focus was formed in late July. There are 10 people in the team – Paul, Kaisen, Vivian, Alan, Raymond, Indra, Shandi, Adita, Diwan and me.
We are happy and excited about what we are offering. We need fun, energy, and devotion to moving forward. And we think Robotics Cats is a great name to represent us.

Insight Robotics InsightFD is our flagship product. It is a market-leading early wildfire detection solution. Our first team is a pioneer in technology, most of us have been working in the industry since 2011. With all the strong knowhow and experiences, it is still a daunting task to build a startup business serving 9 markets and protecting beautiful forests and communities in 4 continents! To provide the best wildfire detection solution to customers around the globe, we should be both patient and proactive in developing our markets and products respectively.
It is inspiring and fun to work with partners and customers in different countries. It reminds us that the world is both diverse and alike. We speak different languages – English, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Bahasa, Thai, French, and Japanese, etc. We live under the same blue sky but with different cultures and religious beliefs, nevertheless, we are blessed by the same Mother Nature.
We are the same and yet different.
Thank you for visiting us. We try our best to reach as many of you as possible.
It is a long journey. We will walk humbly. The journey is the reward.
